Where the hell is the lighter?

Ive searched every room to no avail,found a guide which tells me where it is but its not there. They wouldn't of moved it from the DC version would they?

Anyone remember?

Been a while since I played it, but according to GameFAQs:

the lighter is in the waiting room with the item box.

Prseumably that waiting room is in the Police station

The Dreamcast version is strange. The 'Original mode' is actually the 'Arrange mode' from the PS1 Dual Shock edition version of the game, which has re-arranged item placement.

The 'Arrange mode' on the Dreamcast version is, in actual fact, really 'Original Mode'. Someone messed up there.

Of no use to you now, but I hope you didn't pay the exorbitant prices it was fetching not long ago. Play Asia have US Resi 2 and 3 for just over ?20 ATM.

I got 2 from there,3 in Detroit for $19.99 new.
Guess a load more must have been made as there is an Ebay seller with a shedload.

EDIT- Looks like he only has 3 3's left.

Its been moved since the DC version.

You have to go up on to the first floor balcony of the main room/hall,and retrieve the Unicorn Disc from the wall. Insert this in the statue downstairs to get a precinct key. This will unlock the only still locked room and in this room move the small steps to the cabinet,and the lighter is on top of there.

US GC Resi 2 is worth something on ebay? Whaa?

Think it may have dropped ever so slightly as a load more became available,and Play Asia have it for about a score. Seen it go for around $80 in the past.
