Yesasia C/C confirmation?

Hi guys,
I remember back when everyone was gettin the Jap launch PSPs that there was posts about this but can't remember how it was resolved.
I have just ordered a PSP from Yesasia to avoid tax and get free shipping, however my order is currently on hold as they couldn't confirm my credit card straight away.
What usually happens in this instance? Do i need to fax them a statement or anything?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, you'll need to prove the card belongs to you. They will email you instructions on what to do next if they haven't already done.

When I ordered my PSP from them my order was put on hold also. A few hours later I received an automated call from my credit card company asking me to confirm the transaction was made by me.

After I did this the order was processed by Yesasia as normal without needing to do anything else.

If you chose free shipping be prepared for your PSP to possibly take a while to arrive. I selected free shipping but they decided to upgrade it to registered post (only declared as $20) because of the value & it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Was just after Xmas though so there may have been a load of post to clear....
