Ordered a game and while may money has been taken via paypal, it's still sitting in the checkout basket. Is this normal? I've experienced a similar thing at videogamesplus, so am guessing they are just busy.

Same thing happened to me mate, i ordered wipeout pure (12/05/05) and didn't get an e-mail confirmation/invoice, all i got was the Paypal invoice. So i went to the FAQ section of there site and it said if this happens you've to email them your name, address, and the date you ordered.
I sent them an email last night (14/05/05) and told them what happened, i'll need to wait until tomorrow to get feedback. I've ordered from them before and didn't have any problems. I just hope everything's OK though. I'll post here again once i get feedback from them regarding the order! -
