I was wondering that. Still, having a Japanese spec PS2 it is somewhat irrelevant.

there's nothing different between 3.3 and 3.6 apart from 3.6 allows you to boot homebrew programs from the memory card.

Compatibility is still the same thus GT4 doesn't work

The Swap Magic does not work with any kind of DVD9 title, so no.

100% compatibility is also a blatant lie, though you can use the Swap Magic to boot alternate loaders such as CDLoader. These, combined, probably let you run pretty much every DVD5 game.

i have a backuped ps one game, can i run this on my sleek ps two console with a boot disc of some sort without chipping?

You need a different bootdisc, the Breaker Pro. Get the Breaker Pro and a Magic Switch and yes.
