yesasia problem! help!!!!

hi.

i ordered a item on yesasia last night, i got all the confirmation emails, but when i log into my account, it says i have no orders????

is this normal?

this is my first order with them and the item aint cheap, so im pretty worried.


any help would be appriciated!

Nope, not normal. Even a cancelled order should show up in your order history.

Maybe it need to be processed into the system. Contact them tomorrow if there is no change overnight. No idea what they are like though.

Make sure you're logged into the global site - use the menus at the bottom of the homepage to set the site to 'UK', then try accessing your account again.
