Trying to sign on and it's just taking me to the start up screen instead of my usual character. Has anyone else experienced this or have I lost my character?

Isn't Friday the day they do maintenance on the server? Maybe somethings gone borked at their end. -
Might sound stupid but have you checked your realm status - there are a couple down at the moment.
Maintenance is Wednesday now.Comment

it was just some servers being restarted, unfortunately they didnt give any warning like they normally do.
they were back up shortly after, so not major problemComment
