Mac help with external Hard drive

I'm thinking of buying an external hard drive. Minimum 80gb and needs to be firewire and mac compatible.
Where's best to buy from and cheapest? It has to be cheap!!
Would building my own be better? What about this stuff? Would both be ok for use with a mac? Any better suggestions?

That looks pretty decent. I've never used a hard drive enclosure, but I see no reason to suggest that you'll have any problems. OSX has built in support for them, so you can just plug it in and it should work.

Though if there's anyone with more experience who wishes to correct me, please do so.

sounds ideal (and cheap) solution was gonna suggest ebuyer.co.uk but don't think even they'll beat those prices.

I've been doing a bit of reading up, and if my drive is over 120gb (eg 200gb), unless the enclosure uses an Oxford chipset it won't recognise anything extra over 120gb.
Does anybody have a link to generics website or further info?
