Tiny powerlite G935 17" WXGA monitor question

hi

i have a question reguarding a widescreen monitor on
a laptop

i own a 4.3 29" toshiba TV and ive seen a nice laptop
i like but it has a 17" WXGA screen , i was wondering
if i wanted to display a 4.3 image on my toshiba via the
laptops s-video TV out port *cough* killera *cough* would
it display the correct screen ratio IE it wouldnt have
now of this border / stretch nonscence ?

ahh ok im not really into PCs so dont know loads
aboutthem , what would you reccomend ?
