Def Jam: NY

Anyone played this?

I am wondering whether to get the GC version. Half of me thinks I will enjoy the character set and the semi WCW N64 gameplay. The other half of me is saying it will be an empty experience and money better spent elsewhere.

Am I right?

It's a really good game. If you enjoyed No Mercy you'll love this, more so if you're a fan of hip/hop and rap. You should be able to pick it up cheap now as well.

the wwf series for the n64 are my favorite games ever!. i would personally give no mercy 98/100!

i'd give def jam ny 76/100, so dont expect anything as awesome as the n64 originals!


as with most recent wresting games.. rumble roses, ultimate muscle (aki), def jam etc... they all feel empty compared to no mercy, in both moves and depth!
