What is up with my bittorrent file??

I've been trying to download a file using Azureus bittorrent for about 3 days now and I don't seem to be getting anywhere with it?

I'm downloaded 2 seperate torrents of the same show but they both appear to suffer from the same thing, the size downloaded and the percentage done dont add up!?

I've never seen this happen before? Does anyone know what could be wrong? Also the download speed is incredibly poor, b/s rather then kb/s! Even though there are a lot of seeds and peers?

Are you on a router in which case do you have ports enabled? Otherwise, are you behind a firewall and unblocking relevant ports? Alternatively, try Bitlord, it vastly improved my dl speeds and uses much less bandwidth, so I can actually view webpages at more than a snail's pace.

Try using a port other than the default one (6881) make sure the port is open on your firewall and forwarded on your router.
