My PC won't turn on - any ideas why?

Both of those connectors are for Pentium 4 mobos - so if you don't have one of them they're not an issue.

It's an AMD Athlon processor, so I guess that explains why they weren't connected

OK - well if you've plugged everything else in properly, it's more than just a PSU issue, in which case you're going to need to take it to someone who can do some proper testing.

Someone on here who knows about PCs must be close to you to stop you having to spend any cash, if so, make yourself known.
