Present for a friend recommend please

A friend has just set his PAL PS2 up with a projector, so was thinking of getting him a PS2 game for his birthday. He likes a variety of games, racers, fps, platformers etc.

Are there any good, unusual PAL releases that he might not have thought of getting? I need to order today, or nip to the shops tomorrow. Any ideas?

yeah its a great game, and you dont have to be into a particular genre to be into it.

Yeah great choice, it was scary on my mate's 14 inch tv, so with that projector he'll be cacking himself!
