    SD Card - Why can't I copy from PC to my camera?

    Help! I can quite happily copy stuff from my Camera to my PC (drag and drop), but can't go the other way. It's a Canon Ixus 50 with an SD card.

    Is this a bizarre feature of SD?

    Or am I just missing a setting on the camera.

    The SD card might be write protected - check if there is a little white tab on the side of it and flip it the other way.

      Thanks, but it's definitely in the unlocked position according to the markings on the card. When I move it to the other position, the camera wont let me take photos and says "card locked".
      Anyone else?
