Game hasn't turned up

Play asia are tellign me to wait on even though it has now been 6 weeks. They advise checking with my local post office. Do I phone my local post office or my local royal mail?

I'd phone your local office first to make sure it's not sat on a shelf or anything daft like that. Then go back to Playasia & tell them it's not there & see what they say. They'll have to start talking replacements pretty soon.
