dreamcast arcade stick to pc?

Hi,
I just made an impulse purchase: a dc arcade stick.
Anyway just wondering if ther is cheap way to connect it to my pc for mame?
I'm will to try building an adapter if I had some instructions.

Only four of the six main buttons work using this adapter apparently.
