    PSP games with missing items?

    Hello!

I was just wondering, has anybody experienced this yet? I thought it had been reported but not sure.

You see, today I recieved Midnight Club 3 for PSP and noticed the disc was loose. So i unwrapped it, and grabbed the disc.Luckily thanks to the PSP's oute case on UMDS, it was fine, HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO MANUAL!!!

How annoying. So I am now in the process of seeing if Play-Asia will somehow be able to send me out another one. I do not want to send the game back as I want to play it, and it costs almost as much as the game to ship if I want the game back in the next month.

If anybody has had experience with this, could they please let me know how to get around this? Also for anybody that has the game, is there anything else included in the case besides the manual, like advertisements or anything?

    Thanks a lot!

And to all those in London, I hope you are safe and well as are all your family and Friends

There have been several reports of this recently, this has been the source of some contreversy for Sony in the States the past month or so, the problem being that Sony is blaming the retailer's and the retailer's are blaming Sony , so no one really knows who the culprit is, although why retailer's would be removing instruction booklet's out of sealed PSP game's is beyond me and |I think the blame must lie with the manafacturing plant's, probably some incompetent staff making error's or someone thinking it is a joke like pissing on the biscuits at a biscuit factory( yes this goes on and I have heard it from many employee's of biscuit factory's over the year's).

It was first reported in a trade mag only this week in the USA, and more will probably be written about it shortly all over the internet, I have not read the trade mag, but I am assured by a mate who has that the story was definetly in it.I was unsure whether it was just bull****, or only limited to a few customer's but now that I have heard it popping up on this forum, I can safely assume that it is the case. The strange thing is that it is only affecting recent title's so maybe it is just a bad run in the UMD factory...who know's???

I am certain that Play asia will refund your money or reimburse you for the postage if you have to send the whole game back. They may have to return that specific disc to get there money back you see.

Oh Ok thanks for that! I really apprteciate it!

Very silly this is. I am waiting for Play-Asia to get back to me so that I can find out what I have to do.

And It IS very silly. Just on the Sony blaming Retailers, the game was in the original Sony Plastic seal, so it wasn't Play-Asia, that would of been a bit hard to do!

And I hope Play-Asia can do something for me! As i like all my games complete and mint!

      Thanks again man!

        Also just in.

I would like to say to everybody that reads that Play-Asia are superb. They are shipping me out a manual and selling the game as pre-owned, and have assured me the manual shipped today. How good is that? No wonder i choose them when i buy. Thats how to keep customers happy.

        Thank you Play-Asia!

No problem's bro, I am just glad that you got it sorted out in the end, Sony are just point blank refusing to answer people on this now, I know of at least ten people who have emailed them about this and they have yet to answer them. I am going to follow this subject and report back on it in this thread as it seem's to have passed the major website's by. I have seen the trade magazine myself now just for the record.
