Yes Asia - not accepting returns?

Just bene looking on Yes Asia, and noticed thay have Tenchu Shinobi Taizen for 28 quid with free delivery.

Yay says me, and pops it in my basket. Just before I click checkout I notice a NO RETURN logo at the side of the page and click it for more info.

Don't know if it's just me, but their returns policy seems to state that PC and Video Games are NOT returnable or cancellable after the order has been placed, even if the product is faulty!

Anyone clear this up?

What with PA no good for PSP, and Lik Sang still too pricy, this is getting beyond a joke.

That does seem strange they won't replace a faulty game. Have you emailed them to check?

How often have you bought a game that was defective?
