Hard Drive not showing up.

Just got a new Baracuda 120GB HD and when I plugged it it, the PC booted up and it said that the new drive was recognised fine then get into Windows, go to My Computer and it's not there. Reboot, check the setup there and its being recognised still, unplugged it all, put the old one back in, tried again. Nothing.

Any ideas?

You may need to go into control panel, admin tools and then disk management and initialise the disc, setup the partition etc.
