Amiga on Mac OS X - Emu advice needed

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide to emulating the Amiga on a Mac? I've downloaded various programs that should do it but its all a bit too tech for me to figure out.

I seem to remember it was quite easy, although it may have been OS.8 I used. Do you have the Amiga Kickstart Roms?

I've got Kickstart 3.1, the Euae emulator and Hi-Toro (a GUI for the emulator). I have no idea howto actually start the emulator though. The GUI doesn't help and the emu itself is a binary - whatever that is.
