Problems with ConfigMagic

I am trying to use configmagic to lock a new HD an a Xbox but the bloody software wont load. Does anybody here know of any other software that can lock an Xbox HD?

EEpromer locks hard discs but it only works for v1.0 Xboxes. Don't use it on 1.1/1.2s as it will make the drive inaccessible.

Configmagic is still the best prog to use - are you running it off the hard disc or cd? - maybe the program is corrupt.
