King of Fighters 2002

Just won the PS2 conversion of KoF2002 in a website competition (apparently). Don't know anything about the game or its series... Is it any good? I do enjoy games from the Street Fighter canon, but have never ventured into the realm of SNK's games for more than the odd creditsworth of play..

I liked kof 2002 but imo it was kind of a non event 2001/2002 i just felt were fillers between 2000 and 2k3.But its still good fun.If you have never played kof though then there is plenty to learn.
