I've got a 42" Panny plasma and am looking to get it wall mounted to keep it out of the reach of my little un and also so I can trunk the cables in the wall.

Just wondering if anyone has a recommended retailer or manufacturer for brackets as there seem to be a lot of them out there and quite a wide price range too?

    Thanks!

Anyone ever had a faulty composite connection on their t.v.? I recently bought a 26'' Panasonic TX-26LXD60. Now I never normally use this connection but I'm waiting for my Wii componant cable, and have had it hooked up through composite since arrival. Everything was fine 'til this morning and now I only get sound through the connection. The yellow socket for the image signal appears to be ****ed. Strange how it's happened all of a sudden. Anyone had a similar problem?

I'm not that fussed since it's the t.v's worst connection, but I'd rather not send it back to be fixed at this time of the year. Was gonna leave it 'til after christmas. Any thoughts?

Some Tvs can only accept X amount of inputs (this often happens with side panel connections) , you could try disconnecting something else or have a flick through the menus to see if there is an option

Ok. Cheers. Will try disconnecting a few things. The Composite is indeed on a side panel...

I had the same problem on my TV. The component input and composite (on the side) inputs were both AV3, so if my Wii was connected at all it wouldn't pick up the 360's signal.

Could do with a bit of advise here guys.

As you may know, quite a large percentage of PS3 titles actually support 1080p, my Bravia S does 720p/1080i but not 1080p. You can have the PS3 downscale to either 720p or 1080i. Given the screen is 1366x768 and the S Bravia does a very good job of 1080i, I could arguably benefit more from downscalig to 1080i than 720p.

Of course, the thing there is the interlaced refresh. But having playtested the 360 upscaling to 1080i, I can honestly say it looked to be moving exactly the flippin' same as 720p, dispite the interlaced refresh.

You guys reckon I'm best just letting 1080 stuff run in 1080i? (Given 720p games will run in their native res).

I'd avoid interlaced for gaming full stop, high res or not. For movies etc 1080i is fine though. That's why I'm happy that the WLT68 supports 1080p, even if it's not 1080p native.

It's interesting though that I can see no real difference between DoA4 running in 720p, and the 360 upscaling it to 1080i (other than being softer).

The newest 1.3 PS3 firmware places 1080i above 720p in the priority list, which is a royal pain as the old one placed 720p above.

Does anyone happen to know if there's a difference other than size between the sony KDLS2030 and the KDLS2630? According to Sony's website, the Bravia engine features are only found in the 26" + model yet Amazon seem to think they're also in the 20" version. Looking at the two, there's a difference of an average of ?200 now if all thats different is screensize I'm going for the 20".
