How many are there to unlock?

I've completed the single player weapon master mode and bought everything form the shops but some characters only have 2 costumes whereas others have 3 or 4. Seems a bit lame if I cant get more than 2 costumes for all characters.

Not all characters have 3 costumes, but I`m not sure which ones exactly have/haven`t. Theres no characters with 4 costumes either.

speaking of unlockables dont tell me that along with the dissaopintment at lack of costumes I dont get to play as either lizard man or assassin either?
