Cleaning my LCD screen?

My screen looks a bit dull and dirty- anyone got any tips on what to use to make it shine again?

Spit + Polish.

I just nab some screen cleaners from the office and use them. If you don;t mind spending a little cash, they work a treat. No smears or anything after cleaning up with a lint-free dry cloth.
