I've e-mailed them twice ([email protected]) , but have yet to get a reply concerning 2 orders. On both ocassions there also was NO e-mail confirmation saying that they got my e-mail and will reply as soon as possible. Has anybody else e-mailed them recently?

I cancelled an order wiht them about a week ago (and ordered the same thing 5 mins laterOriginally posted by Light
). Emailed them on Tuesday about 5.30pm, got a reply on Thursday about 9.00pm. A bit slow, but they have replied.
