    Really lame Morrowind question.

    Afternoon,

Started playing Morrowind GOTY on the Xbox yesterday and am really enjoying it so far. One or two things from a beginner?s perspective and that I can't find in the manual:

    1) How can I increase my health without resting? Does eating bread not increase your health? When I equip bread I get 'This has no effect'. Eh?

    2) Is it true that I can only cast a certain spell once a day? I get 'You have already used this spell' or something similar.

Sorry for the obvious questions, but if someone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

    Regards

    Gard

Health potions are readily avalable to buy.Its also possible to get items such as a ring which has a enchantment that restores health

Yes some spells can only be cast once a day

    what character did you create?

      Thanks E,

I created a Nord, with an Agent class (don't ask me why!)

I looked for health potions in the store in the first village but couldn't see any blatently labelled 'health potion'. There are some strange sounding potions (which are covered in the shopkeepers description) but nothing I could immeadiately see which screamed health potion.

I think the best place for health potions are temples. Also in the fighters guild i think there is a storage chest that regulary resupplys with health potions.

usually the spells or skills that characters have are one a day.
