PS2 to Saturn converters-Anyone have one?

I'm interested in picking one of these up to use with my PS2 Virtua Stick but would like read some impressions first. Are all 8 buttons mapped and is there any lag?

Got one recently from consoleplus.co.uk and it works great. I hardly use it to be honest though because the saturn pad's so good. I even got one of those PS2 saturn pads recently and its ace.
