JAMMA has been the arcade standard for generic cabs for over 10 years. It's simply the Japanese Amusement Machine Manufacturers Association standard connector in any JAMMA cab that you plug a game into to give the arcade board power, take picture to the monitor, sound to the speakers, connect controlls and other functions etc. Pretty much plug and play to make operators lives easier.
Atomiswave is JAMMA standard so can work in any JAMMA cab. It also has a 31khz option for high res VGA output but can do good old 15khz via JAMMA. This means it'll work fine with a supergun, which is basically a device for playing JAMMA boards on your TV. It takes the video to RGB scart, the sound either to a speaker or a 3.5mm out to your amp, controls to a modified arcade stick etc. Dead easy to use.
The only thing you need to remember is some AW games use 5 buttons when JAMMA std is 3 buttons. Button 4 isn't a problem as it's the same as neo mvs which most support but you'll need button 5 wired to pin 26 on the JAMMA harness.

I can sort you out with a motherboard with box and manual for ?140 Dolphin Blue is a good place to start.
eBay is usually cheapest, just avoid arcadegod.

Videogameimports have a nice-looking Supergun. Pricey, but cool as ****.

They sell PCBs too, though I'm sure it'll be cheaper to buy from abroad.

If you a have penchant for electronics, you can build a decent Supergun for around ?30. There is a thread on rllmuk with some basic information and a document detailing how to go about building one, based on Chad Gray's Supergun website.

Raven aka Arcade Heaven superguns will do the job nicely, they're just a bit big and expensive. I'd imagine their AW stuff is overpriced though.
