Could someone tell me whats added or improved in the reload version of guilty gear x2(like if there is improved/altered characters/graphics new music etc)

Check out the FAQs for GGXX#Reload on gamefaqs.com.
Both main guides list some of the differences and changes made to the characters.
There is at least one new character in GGX2R.
