Will this work with any version of Pokemon? Or do you have to have a Japanese version. Curse you Wario you stole my Pokemon time...

I'd assume that as long as the GC disc is the same as your GC console it would be fine!

The GBA isn't region specific, so I can't see any other problems!

Sorry but you will need a japanese version of pokemon ruby or sapphire as the software wont detect a us cart or more likely you'll get an error saying its the wrong region.

The pokemon staduim games on the n64 had this same problem they were useless unless you had japanese versions of the gameboy game.

There isn't any definitive information I can source on whether it'll work with a US Cart or not yet, so either no one's tried it or they've not broadcast the info if they have.

GBA carts have no region coding, so it'll depend on whether the GC is looking for a specific data stream from the GBA, if this is the same on Jap/US versions of Pok?mon it'll work. I wouldn't be too confident that'll be the case though.

It's a utility tool for Pok?mon Ruby and Sapphire, which allows you to organise your Pok?mon. It also allows you to play Ruby and Sapphire on the TV, and a gallery mode for showing off your Pok?mon collection.
