    Yesasia Ordering

    What are they like in terms of reliability etc? Specifically express shipping.

    I want to order a GBA Micro Famicom Edition.

    At the same time as ordering the GBA micro I thought it would make sense to order Winning Eleven for the PSP, seeing as it is out a couple of days after. I figured that as they still seem to be shipping PSP games to the UK (that is right yes?), they were probably the best (and only?) people to order from.

    I am willing to pay for express shipping so that I can get the stuff quickly but I am concerned as I have never used them before. Also I'd rather not pay two lots of express shipping if I can avoid it.

    How does the VAT charges work with them? Am I likely to get stung by those nice people at customs?

    I can hack waiting a couple of days but not any longer as I am an inpatient git!

    They ship to the UK, pay the VAT, and then ship to you.

    I've been over three weeks waiting for a Gameboy Player now. (which they said was in stock)

    Said it shipped out some time last week, but it still isn't here.

      If you pay for express shipping you will get stung I think.

        I've only ordered four items from them, and have not used express shipping for anything. The online delivery estimate has been very accurate so far, each order has taken less than a week to arrive, with the exception of the latest, which was not in stock. The estimate stated 25th Aug as a shipping date, which was a two week wait, but I received an e-mail on the 25th saying it had been shipped, and it arrive this morning.

        I'm very happy with their performance, especially in the light of recent orders from play-asia getting hit with custom charges since they started marking the packets with the correct value and stating Merchandise instead of sample

          Interesting experiences here....Thanks for letting me know!

          I may just order the two items seperately and have done with. I've got a $5.00 Play Asia voucher which could go against the GBA Micro!
