I have a modded PAL Mk1 Saturn with region switches and suchlike, and am running it through what appears to be an ordinary scart as opposed to an RGB.
The picture can at times appear very washed out with colours not appearing as brightly as they perhaps should do. Is this a scart issue, or should I be worried about something else?
