Best CPU cooler for my P4 3ghz for between ?20-?40?

Hi guys.

I need your help again.

I've come to realise that my CPU cooler that I got with my P4 3ghz is letting me down after the thread I posted here.

I'm getting average temperatures of 68-70c which I'm sure is far too hot and it's been like this for months! I don't play games much but playing UT2004 and Pro Evolution Soccer 4 recently made my system crawl and I'm sure that my system is good enough to handle these games OK!

I want to bring this temp right down but at the same time I don't want my system sounding like a vacuum cleaner.

Can you guys recommend me the best, quietest yet coolest CPU cooler for my P4 3ghz for between ?20-?40?

If you go for one with a variable control then you can crank it up for games and have it quiet at all other times. I also find the coolermaster range very good
