Some more advice needed (sorry)

I have just bought a new pc on the advice of you guys and its unreal (looks ugly next to the mac but wow is unreal) but in 'my computer' only c: drive is visiable I bought this for windows and pro tools only and the 200gb drive isnt there although it isin device manager, how do I get it usable? Thanks a lot!

I never understood "why" it does it though

in 2k it used to appear as a new drive I'm sure.
