Can any owners of this game check something out for me please?

For some reason i think that some of the sound effects have gone missing on my version of the game and what effects remain seem very quiet compared to how i remember them..... However i could just be going chicken oriental.

Basically can you tell me if the first enemies you encounter (purple-ish drones in formation) make a noise when you destroy them, cos they dont on my version though i have convinced myself they used to.

Just tried it, same on mine - no explosion sound effect on those purple ships.
So that confirms what we already knew, you're "chicken oriental".

Maybe i thought there were sfx after screaming "bang bang peeoow!" whilst playing.

You know what,i allways thought the sfx in the game was a bit on the quiet side compared to most shooters,thats why i have it turned up real F*ckin loud !!!

Still i think your right about it !
