      try with codebreaker...
      think it can force into 60Hz though I use on VGA connection...

        DC-X should always boot NTSC games in 60hz. If it doesn`t (perhaps a hardware revision I`ve not seen) then press A+START before you insert the game disc. You`ll then be able to choose "PAL" or "NTSC". Selecting "NTSC" on the PAL console will either give you PAL60 or RGB60, of course.

          As Madbury mentioned, some PAL games won't work properly on an NTSC machine. One example is Resident Evil: Code Veronica, which is forced to run at 50hz... resulting in about a quarter of the screen missing on an NTSC machine due to the image being pushed down the screen. Can't get around it by using the VGA adapter either, as the game doesn't support it.

          However, it's in the minority - most PAL games work without issue.
