Do X-Box's not come with USB port's as standard? I thought they did?

if you mean "will I be able to use it to play xbox games" the answer is no.

xbox gamepads do connect to the xbox via USB, but they use a different connector, and a different (proprietory) protocol.
you could use the smartjoy usb devices on your xbox from within Linux, as Linux uses industry-standard protocols, but I doubt that's what you were asking.
