Ban Hammer X2!!!!

What a crappy week! firstly I get sold an Xbox that's banned from XBL, then my modded xbox I've had for 2 years gets banned in the same week!
Like a twat, I signed on to halo2 with me mod on! It all happened in slow motion as it dawned on me!

Couple of questions:
I have a third modded xbox (modded it myself last week) bought 2nd hand from Gamestation last week.
Can I still use the same XBL account, or is it best to start a fresh? Will my gamertag be marked for extra observation? ie getting 2 banned with the same account.

Is there any way to ressurect XBL on the previous 2? Will they both need new EEPROMS & Hard drives? 1 has a stock hd, the other has a bigger hd.

Anybody here have first hand experience in this?

As I recall its the xbox that gets banned. It is possible to ressurect a banned xbox, but is probably very dodgy

that happens everytime i accidently delete a good save file like my gta: sa and vc saves

There are BIOSes now that will block Live even if you try connecting with the switch on.

As for ressurecting banned ones you'll need new HDs (that have never been on Live) and new EEPROMs (that have also never been on Live).

Probably easier to get a 2nd hand Xbox.

My modded xbox has never been on live - We could sort something out involving swapping over the HDD's ? it's only a stock but it's got all me music & saves on it - I can rip them to PC beforehand though.

Will I need a new hd even if it's stock. How do I know if my hd has been banned?
