Albatross 18 (Everybodys Golf Clone)

This game just recently opened for public beta testing.

Its basicly an everybodys golf clone for pc, you start a character, build stats, level up, etc. The great thing is it's just as good as everybodys golf! Its also very cute.

You just need to register and download the client:

Yeah, it's online, but it is either down or won't work with Firefox or Safari...

[edit] can't even log in using IE!!! Oh well...

I had problems with firefox, but IE worked fine...

You don't need to log into the website to play if you already have the client. Or are you having trouble registering?

I've registered and downloaded the client, but when I launch it it just takes me to the website... The 'start game' button on the home page does nothing regardless of browser!

If you launch it through the "update.exe" in the Albatross folder, it should be fine.

For some reason the desktop item they make for you takes you to the website, which is totaly pointless.

Run the update.exe, let it update and then click 'Start'

Got it running and had a few 3 hole tournies and.... it's f*cking class! Nice banter between the players, sweet presentation, excellent design and physics...
