sandisk memory card adaptor

sorry, did a search and couldn't find the info.

i'm thinkin of gettin a sandisk 1gb pro memory pro duo for my psp. i've seen some on ebay listed with an adaptor and some that aren't.

Is an adaptor necessary to use that memory stick

wouldn't i be able to just insert, format it and just use or what????

You only need the adaptor to connect it to devices which only take memory stick pro (rather than duo?)

It's like a case you'd slide that card in - You don't need it.
