Hey, I am downloading the PGR3 vids etc off bit-torrent as a way to get used to the system, but I have a quick question about speeds- now I have a 2MB line with BTopenworld which has an almost perfect speed on ADSLguide, yet with torrents it is always very slow.
I'm on XP SP2 (with Windows firewall turned off), and have Azureus as my client and I'm using a D-Link DSL G604 T router. My download speeds are always at about 10 kb/s and I always get the yellow smiley face, never even had it turn green- the Azureus NAT/ Firewall test always comes out with: 'testing port 6881... NAT error'. I just wondered if I am doing something wrong or if I just have unrealistic expectations of Torrent speeds?
