Hotmail .net problems

I can't log into my Hotmail and keep getting the following prompt:

How to get to HotmailHotmail does not support the .NET Passport you are signed in to. Visit the Hotmail Web site for information or to set up a free account.

I delted my cookies but I still have the same problem.

Yeah saw the same problem earlier, parents were complaining they couldn't get in.
