Guilty Gear XX Reloaded / X2

Been thinking of getting a Guilty Gear beat em up and just want to know if Guilty Gear XX Reload and Guilty Gear X2 are the same game except named differently for each region. If not, which Guilty Gear is the best?

x2# reload is the sequal, but only with a few extra characters and music.

if you can get x2 much cheaper, then just get that.

reload also fixes alot of balance issues and the only new character is robo-ky (i never rate him anyway). the cpu difficulty seems to be better, i play it on maniac without continuing. i still think its the easiest out of the guilty gears. x1 was a bit unbalanced when it came to single player (final boss characters, taking **** loads of hp off you). just go for reload, especially the pal release seeing as it has all the extras that x2 had including the promo anime clip. x2 is preety hard to come by anyway.

Thanks for the advice guys. I can get X2 for $90 sealed, which is not bad considering it goes for this price secondhand or XX reload for $47. I don't have a PAL PS2 only JPN and US.
