I was reading an faq for Outrun 2 and it said that the PAL version has a bug where it doesn't save you time trial scores.
I'm a little confused by exactly what it meant, do the NTSC versions have a separate score board for each of the routes?
I find the menus in Outrun 2 pretty confusing and I think they could be refined alot. There seems to be time trial modes on both the arcade more and in the challange mode which are virtually identical. I like playing the game for high scores / fastes times like in a shooter but the arcade mode is rubbish for this as it doesn't take into account what route you take, rendering the easiest path the only option if you want to be competitive.
Could anyone shed some light on this?
