Identifying a P4 by looking at it

Just took a P4 chip from a dead machine. Owner is clueless about PC stuff so the only info I have is what's on the chip itself:

2.40GHZ / 512 / 533 / 1.525V
SL60V MALAY
Q245A155-0206

I'm thinking it's a Northwood because of the 533 (bus speed) but can anyone verify?
