Anyone pre-order a PSP from Gameplay?

I'm just curious as to when they sent it? With games they'll send things on the Wednesday so you'll get it the day before release - did they do this with the PSP consoles? The reason I ask is that my Xbox360 preorder is with Gameplay and I'll probably book the day off work so I'm home if there's a chance it'll turn up on Thurs 1st Dec rather than Fri 2nd.

Unlikely mate. They'll most probably dispatch on Thursday by next day courier, for us to have it on Friday.
