OOoops, VGP Mess up! What to do!?

Ordered over ?500+ of stuff from VGP and had my DHL waybill emailed to me yesterday, only problem is that it's got the wrong address on the DHL waybill!!!!!

It's got my old address where i moved from over 8 months ago. (Other side of UK)

My address has been updated on the website for months and i've bought a number of things from them that have all been sent to my new address fine. I've also just checked my invoice on VGP for the order and it's got my new address on too so there's a major ****up somewhere


I've emailed VGP but it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow, is currently in east midlands. Eeek!!

Can't do, their customer services is closed until 8.30 tomorrow and it'l already be on its way there, i used to work for city link and the vans are loaded by about 4-5am.

Anyway doubt they'd do anything because it's property of the sender until delivered.

I doubt the folks in your old place would have the balls to nick the gear. I'd contact them asap.

if it's VG+'s error then you've got nothing to worry about (apart from having to wait longer for the goods)

hopefully the people in you old house will not take it and it'll go back to the parcel depot and see if you can get it from there

I've contact VGP and they don't know why's it happened either. My invoice from them even has my new address on it and everything else i've bought since I moved has always been sent to the right address.


They tried redirecting it but it was attempted delivery today at the old place

Noone was in thank god so hopefully we'l get this sorted.

Yep all sorted now

DHL FINALLY redirected it after attempting delivery twice.

Lots of lovely's to be getting on with now - Starting with SOTC!
