From what I understand Japanese Megadrive game carts are slightly too big to fit inside a Genesis. If so does it mean that the smaller US carts can be played on a Japanese Megadrive?

Early genesis games can be played on a jap megadrive, but in some cases (not sure if in all games) the machine will switch all in game text to japanese. -
There are very few carts that switch text, the only real obsacle are the ones with region protection.
If you want Genesis carts to physically fit in a JP machine just remove the tab thing attached to the power switch.Comment
