Im not having too much luck with this HDTV shinanigans - my new problem is that ever since I have set my xbox to output in HD XBMC refuses to load!!!

I downloaded a new version and it doesnt load either! does anyone have any ideas why?

A long shot, but deleting the XBMC save file (as well as the entire XBMC directory) and starting afresh solves every problem I've ever had with XBMC.

kool, will try that is the save file located in the same directory or in C:\?

Just delete the XBMC directory (usually in F:\Apps), then switch off the chip and delete the save file using the normal MS Dash.
