Will Swap Magic on a V13 Silver PSTwo Void my Warranty?

Just got a V13 Silver PSTwo console with Swap Magic 3.6 along with Magic Switch Pro V2

Will installing the latest Swap Magic tools void my warranty?

Is there anyway i can install it and keep my warranty in tact?

Any advice or guides would be appreciated...
